DAY VENDOR PROTOCOL


The Day Vendor must:

be an Algoma producer and resident

sell their own products only (no reselling, selling commercially made products or selling of others’ products)

Procedural Rules - Vendors will:

contact the Algoma Farmers’ Market in advance to ensure that a stall is available

pay all fees before selling. Vendor fees:  $20.00 for members, $40.00 for non-members

sell within designated market times (8am - 1pm on Saturday and 2pm - 5pm on Wednesday)

display a visible business sign showing customers the business name and address

accept stall as assigned by Board or Board designate

show valid identification when asked by Board designate

Note: Applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Applicants must complete a Farmers Market Food Vendor Application Form with Algoma Public Health.

Please Note: This agreement will cover the entire season
